Return Policy

Undecorated Items - Undecorated items may be returned for change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn, re-saleable condition, with all tags and bags intact, free from odours (such as, but not limited to smoke and body odour). Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a registered post or courier to avoid lost parcels.

Please contact us to confirm your eligibilty for a Return and arrange a Return Authority Number PRIOR to sending any items back to us.

A restocking fee of the greater of $25 or 15% of the item value applies to all change of mind returns.

Decorated Items - any items that are decorated in any way are not eligible for change of mind returns and are only eligible for return if the item is not "as ordered" or "substantially different" to what was ordered.

Returns are possible in line with your statuatory rights and in conjuction with our terms and conditions.
