Our Freight Policy applies to mainland capital cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Canberra). Areas outside of these may incur additional freight costs.
A freight quote will be provided prior to proceeding with your order if additional costs will apply.
There are some items and brands which are excluded from the free shipping offer and the shipping costs for these Brands/Products will be quoted prior to proceeding with your order.

Gearup use a range of carriers depending on the order specifics and we reserve the right to use our carrier of choice for any free or fixed rate freight options.
Alternate and/or Express carrier options may be available at additional cost in which case a freight quote will be provided.
Orders below $500
Orders under $500 ex GST have fixed rate shipping of $20 EX GST which is automatically added to your order total in the cart.
Split Deliveries
Need to split your order to multiple destinations? We can ship to different locations across Australia additional fees apply. Contact us for more information.
Back-Order Shipping
We usually ship orders when they are complete. This means if part of your order is delayed we will hold the entire order so that it is shipped all together.
If you would like to ship part of your order whilst awaiting a back-order we will be happy to split the order, please enquire for any additional freight fees.
Choice of Carrier
We use a range of carriers and ship using the most cost-effective method. If you have a preferred carrier choice we will accommodate where possible, additional fees may apply.
Delivery Options
Please nominate an address that is attended Monday-Friday business hours for delivery and to avoid missing parcels or re-delivery fees
Authority To Leave (ATL) - is our default delivery option. This means that if your home or business is unattended at the time of delivery the goods will be left by the courier in an inconspicuous spot (if they can find one). We take no responsibility for missing parcels. The carrier delivery notes are considered Proof of Delivery.

Signature On Delivery - Some of our courier partners request signature on delivery. This means if no-one is there to sign for the parcel, then either a card may be issued for collection from the courier or re-delivery fees may apply.
Any additional fees for non-delivery will be invoiced separately.
Tracking Details
Many of our courier partners supply tracking details. We will forward tracking details onto you so that you can track your parcels and keep an eye out for deliveries.
Delivery Timeframes
We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as fast as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on the originating location and the delivery destination and may be impacted by a variety of factors such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather events and interruption to transport networks.
Once the parcel is with the courier, it is outside our control and we are unable to take responsibility for delivery delays, missed events or deadlines.
Most parcels are generally delivered within 10 business days of shipping.

Most items are NOT held instock and are ordered in from suppliers especially for you. As such all orders will take 2-21 days (full custom items will take longer).
