Getting an awesome looking logo starts with having a top quality logo file.

Vector files are the king of all files as they have a clean non-pixilated format that reproduces in high definition, it's also possible to make minor edits to wording, size and colour so you get a great result every time. Once we receive your logo we will keep it on file for future orders.

If you have a style guide, please send that through with your logo files as it contains loads of useful information that will ensure we get the best from your logo.

The preferred file types are

• .ai or .eps or .pdf (file types saved in a version to be compatible with Illustrator CS5 and have the editable vector inside the file - we can check this for you)
• .png (with clear background may be suitable for some decoration types, but these files are not editable in any way)
• .jpg (only suitable for embroidery)

COLOURS

When looking at your artwork colours often appear differently on different screens.

Please let us know your PMS (Pantone Matching System) colours so we can reference them back to ensure you get the closest match possible to your colours. 

For most printing work logos need to be supplied in CMYK format. In the background each colour has a blending ratio attached to it and this ratio tells the print machine how much of each colour to blend to create your colours. As this is a digital mixing process there is always some small difference in how the colours can appear and the blending will give a close match to your colours.

If you need an exact PMS colour match for your print work please let us know, as we may need to modify the print methods to get the best result.
